Christmas in July: The Great Christmas Knit Off by Alexandra Brown

Yes, that's right, I've brought back the Christmas in July feature for an extra-special post, as I've been so excited to see the cover for this book!! Alexandra Brown is back this Christmas with a brand new novel called The Great Christmas Knit Off! It's a step away from her fab Carrington's series, so I can't wait to get stuck into this one! It's due out on November 6th, and this is the eBook cover - the paperback one is the same, only white instead of the red. I think this is way more festive though so that's why I've put this one here!

You can pre-order The Great Christmas Knit Off as a paperback or an eBook now.

"The perfect seasonal tale of how laughter, friends and wacky Christmas jumpers can mend a broken heart. For fans of Trisha Ashley and Jenny Colgan.

Heartbroken after being jilted at the altar, Sybil has been saved from despair by her knitting obsession and now her home is filled to bursting with tea cosies, bobble hats, and jumpers. But, after discovering at work that she may have perpetrated the cock-up of the century, Sybil decides to make a hasty exit and, just weeks before Christmas, runs away to see an old friend in the picturesque village of Tindledale.

Tindledale seems to hark back to a bygone era and to her delight, Sybil also discovers Hettie’s House of Haberdashery, an emporium dedicated to the world of knitting and needle craft. But Hettie, the outspoken octogenarian owner, can’t keep up with the rent and now the shop is due for closure. Sybil has some ideas that might help and when Hettie decides that Sybil’s wonderfully wacky Christmas jumpers are just the thing to add a bit of excitement to her window display, something miraculous starts to happen…"
